How To Calculate Number of Plots of land In Lagos

When calculating the size of a parcel of land, the very first thing you need to know is the area per plot.

Instance 1: The area of the land is 3000 square meters. And the area per plot is 6oo square meters. All you need to do is simple division.

I.e 3000/600 =5 plots

Instance 2: If the area of the land is in square feet and you want it in square metres

1m is 3.2808 feet (ft)

1 square metres  is times 2 of it , i.e 3.2808ft X 3.2808ft = 10.7636 square feets

1 foot is 3.3048 m

1 square feet is double of it i.e 3.3048m X 3.3048m = 0.0929 square metres

For example; the area of the land is 10,000 sq. ft and you want it in square meters, the area will be 10,000 x 0.0929 =929 square meters.
